책의 3분의2까지 읽으면서 도대체 작가는 뭘 말하려고 하는지 .. 하는 생각을 했다. 설마 그런 흔한 이야기를 말하고자 하는건 아니겠지 하는 생각을 하면서 계속 읽었다. 사실 그런 흔한 이야기다. 하지만 읽어 보면 알겠지만 흔한 이야기를 재밌게 쓴건 사실이다. 영어 문장이나 표현의 수준은 그의 다른 책들과 비슷하지만 개인적으로는 큰 재미는 없었다. 그리고 성적인 표현들이 다수 있기에 읽기전에 참고해야 한다. 핵심어는 family affairs, religion, disappointment, jealous, entertainment, despair, dreaming, hope, wander, cheating, betray, loneliness, femme fatale, comedy, tragedy, revenge, run away, pregnant, sex, violence, headache, agent, wars 등인거 같다.
