코지 미스터리 장르의 작품이다. 빈티지 패션 상점을 운영하고 빈티지 관련 블로그를 운영하는 여주인공이 유령과 함께 사건을 해결하는 것이 중심 이야기다. 말을 하는 거 같은 고양이도 이 시리즈의 매력이 될 것이다. 문장의 구조는 평이하고 빈티지 관련 표현들을 제외하면 읽는데 큰 부담이 없는 작품이다. 유머러스한 장면들이 많기 때문에 읽는 동안 즐거웠다. 다만 이 시리즈의 시작을 알리는 작품이기 때문에 주변적인 이야기가 많은 편이고 등장인물들에 대한 소개가 많은 편이다. 스토리가 심플하기 때문에 이해하는데 큰 문제도 없다.
