"I honestly have no idea were to begin.... from the second I picked this book up I was hooked I read it within hours not putting it down until I finished. Colleen has such a way with words the story was beautifully written and had me feeling so many emotions. I laughed, cried, smiled and at one point got so angry I wanted to throw the book out the window and curse Colleen for making me feel that way but of course she brought me back to smiling like an idiot. It was so easy to fall in love with Fallon and Ben and the journey they went on together I was sat with a huge smile on my face for the majority of book ...." "....... I really liked the concept of this book and I don’t want to give to much of the plot away. I got hooked from the start and got through it so quick, I love Colleens writing. I love both characters they were witty and tensor with each other but also helping each other grow as people and your rooting for them from the beginning. It is insta love which is referenced in the book but it didn’t annoy me as much as it normally does......"

로맨스 장르의 작품이다. 긍정적인 독자들의 평가를 떠나서 독자에 따라서 실망을 표현할수도 있는 작품이다. 'Forgive'라는 단어가 중요한 의미를 갖는 거 같다. 어설프고 우연한 만남, 계속되는 만남과 이별, 진실과의 조우, 이 작가의 특기인 주요 인물들의 심리묘사, 책 속의 책, 막판에 등장하는 막장 흐름 등 이 작가의 특징이 잘 드러나는 작품이다. 문장이나 표현도 다른 작품들처럼 무난하다.  "November 9th has been an anniversary I've dreaded since the night of the fire, and this is the first time the thought of that date leaves me with a positive feeling..... "라는 문장이 이 작품을 잘 표현해주는 거 같다.
