"As soon as I saw the cover and title of this book, I knew I had to read it. I just knew it was going to be a trip. It did not disappoint! The Dollmaker was such a creepy villain. The way the crimes were carried out made me shudder. The suspense was really good. I was on the edge of my seat as everything unfolded. The writing was so vivid. I could easily picture everything be played out. I didn’t love Tessa and Dakota’s romance, but it didn’t take anything away from the book. 'The forgotten Files' 시리즈의 두번째 작품이다. 전작보다 표현이나 문장이 더 쉬운 편이고 이야기 자체는 신선하지는 않지만 마지막까지 긴장감을 가지고 읽을 수 있는 작품이다. 로맨스 스릴러장르라고 말할 수 있고 다루고 있는 내용에 비해서 덜 자극적이어서 좋다. 필요 이상으로 잔인하거나 선정적인 묘사를 하지 않아서 읽을만했다. doll, fire, fathers, undertaker, drug, stalking, obsessive, transforming, memories, identity theft, reunited, tattoo 등이 작품을 이해하는데 주요한 단어들인 거 같다.
