Night School: (Jack Reacher 21) by Lee Child

" This is one of the Jack Reacher books that is set back in time during Reacher's Army days. While it is of course a good read, like ALL the Lee Child books, it is kind of slow in the beginning. Within hours of receiving a medal, Reacher is told he's going back to school. He's sent to an office complex in Virginia and put in a classroom with an FBI agen and a CIA analyst. They are all rising stars and problem solvers, and they figure out that they are there to solve a big—as in international and global—problem. It seems a CIA undercover agent in Jihadist sleeper cell passed on information that an American is selling them SOMETHING—for a hundred million dollars. Reacher and his new friends are told to Find..." " I could read a Reacher book every day and it would never be enough. The fact, in my opinion, is every single Reacher book has been 5 stars and Night School is no exception. I enjoy the ones Neagley appears in - I enjoy their relationship. There's always plenty of action, Reacher beats up a few people and if there's a girl he gets her. You'd think the formula would get old but it never does and I'm off to read the next book in the series...."

Reacher가 헌병으로 근무하던 시절의 이야기다. 사건의 배경은 독일이고 테러리스트와 나치의 부활을 꿈꾸는 자들과의 싸움을 다루고 있다. FBI, CIA 와의 협동 작전과 미국이 잃어버린 엄청난 물건(?)을 찾고자 하는 추격전이 대부분의 내용을 차지하고 있다. 지루한 정도는 아니지만 이야기 전개가 느린 편이다.
