 이 책은 'Jill Garder' 라는 여주인공이 등장하는 두번째 소설이다. 코지 미스테리 장르이기 때문에 화려한 액션이나 놀라운 추리의 장면들이 등장하지는 않지만 읽으면서 소소한 즐거움을 느낄 수 있다. 개인적으로는 첫번째 읽은 'Guidebook to Murder' 가 더 재밌는거 같다. 전작에서 나왔던 주요 인물들이 등장하기 때문에 새롭게 등장하는 몇몇 인물을 제외하고 읽기에 친숙했다. 마치 미국 드라마를 책으로 읽는 느낌이었다. 화려한 장면들에 익숙한 독자들은 지루한 느낌이 들 수 있다.

 사람들에 따라서 읽기에 어려울 수도 있겠지만 전반적으로 글의 내용을 이해하는데 불가능 할 정도의 수준은 아닌거 같다. 핵심어는 coffee, books, foods, drug, dogs, prophecy, mischief, new start, archaeological, mission, greedy, fake, commission, Cloaked in Mystery, antique, murder, rumor, gang 등인거 같다.
